Enjoy four 45-minute weekly 1:1 training sessions with Barb Puzanovova of The Non-Diet Trainer, customized to your goals & needs. From warm up to cool down, Barb will guide you through an approachable, beginner-friendly strength training session using your bodyweight, bands, free weights (dumbbells/kettlebells/etc.) and machines to build you up, not break you down. Barb is an eating disorder-informed, weight-neutral coach with 8+ years of experience working with hundreds of clients of different ages, genders, and levels.

Available Dates:  Subscription must be started within 30 days of purchase.
Restriction:  All four (4) sessions must be completed within 30 days. Sessions are 45 minutes long and start promptly at the scheduled time at Music City Muscle Gym. If client is running more than 10 minutes late, it counts as a late cancel. You may reschedule at no cost more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If less than 24 hours in advance, it is a late cancellation of your session and will not be refunded. No call/no show will not be refunded or rescheduled.
