Located in the heart of Dauphin Island, the new (built in 2022) house sits on 14-feet pylons and is nestled in a grove of pine trees. The concrete pad under the house provides covered parking for three or four vehicles (depending on size), with additional parking in the driveway. A wrap-around deck provides plenty of room for outdoor dining and congregating. The home is not directly on the beach but the (free, beautiful, not crowded) public beaches are less than a mile from the house in either direction.
